How to order identity badges

First steps
Most people start by having a look at some sample identity badges we have produced for other customers and then deciding on the badge that appeals to them.

At this stage we will produce specific samples using your logo and typeface from artwork e-mailed to us. To produce quality work we need relevant typefaces, jpeg and eps files. Alternatively, we will produce sample layouts from other clear source material you can supply although please remember the old dictum of “garbage in, garbage out”…because it’s still true.

Sample approval of identity badges
We’ll normally produce custom samples for you within three days and it is then up to you to confirm the acceptance of the identity badge of your choice. However, it may be that there are amendments or improvements; in which case, we repeat the process until everybody is satisfied.

Formal order
Simply email your order, along with a list of names if the badges are to be individually personalized, details of badges fastenings, your delivery date and any special delivery location requirements. 

Identity badge layouts
If you are using a professional designer we will be happy to discuss any aspects of design possibilities with them. Otherwise, we will use our expertise to produce the most effective identity badge using your logo and typeface. Technically there is no limit to the number of typefaces we can use but please remember that a badge is meant to be an identifier and, therefore, should be legible at a reasonable distance. Consequently, it is best to avoid small ornate typefaces. However, we are always happy to submit various samples so that you are able to judge the effect of a particular typeface.

Future call off of identity badges
Ii is inevitable that over time you will have name changes and new starters and this is covered by our “call off “system. At the outset, you simply order a given number of badges to get the most economical price break and call these off as required. When the initial order is exhausted simply reorder the appropriate quantity as needed.
